	Pastor Josh Thompson moved to McMinnville with his family when he was twelve years old and went on to graduate from McMinnville High School in 1998. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior just a few weeks before his twentieth birthday, and was delivered out of a life of drugs and partying. The Lord then led him to attend Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida, where he earned a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries in 2005. He then attended Pensacola Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Divinity in 2007. He began as Youth Pastor in January of 2008 and has a great desire for students to have a deep relationship with God. His focus is on the teaching and preaching of the Bible. He and his wife, Holli, were married in 2005, and were blessed in August 2007, with their son, Mason.

	Rev. Israel Valdez
	Pastor of Hispanic Ministries
	Pastor Israel Valdez became the Pastor of Hispanic Ministries in February of 2003. He has served for 10 years as a pastor in Reynosa, México, and is a graduate from Rio Grande Bible Institute in Edinburg Texas. He has been married to his wife Ruth since 1996 and is the father of two precious girls. He is burdened for the Hispanic people of McMinnville and desires that many of them will find Christ as their Savior.
